Workshops require a suitable level concrete slab and must be correctly anchored. Refer to the engineering documentation for the slab and installation requirements that apply to your selected workshop.
Selected UBild workshop models are available in standard and cyclonic versions. Your required wind classification depends on your location and site conditions, so confirm the requirements for your property before choosing a model.
Spanbilt workshops are supplied as kit buildings with assembly instructions. Due to their size and structural requirements, installation requires suitable tools, preparation and multiple people. If you don't have the experience or equipment required, consider engaging an experienced shed installer or tradesperson.
Workshop kits are supplied in large, heavy flat-packed bundles. Home delivery or depot collection may be available depending on your location.
