Refund, Cancellation
and Returns Policy

Transparent policies for all orders across garden sheds, garages, workshops, carports and Smartlockers, effective January 2023.

Returns Policy — As of January 2023

IMPORTANT ALL ORDERS — PAYMENTS

Any refund amount payable will be processed via the original payment method used (e.g. PayPal or Stripe), less any applicable transaction fees.

Garden Sheds: Garden Shed order cancellations after manufacture and dispatch will incur a 25% restocking fee of the retail price plus all freight charges incurred for the return of the goods. Garden Sheds must be received back in a saleable condition.

CANCELLATION

Once a garden shed kit has entered manufacturing, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.

If you choose to cancel your order during or after manufacturing, a store credit will be issued less a 25% restocking fee.

If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch with our staff immediately so we can check the status of your order.

RETURN/CHANGE OF MIND

If you receive your purchase and are not completely satisfied OR if you change your mind, we will accept returns of items within 30 days of receipt of goods.

New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a store credit, less a 25% restocking fee and any return shipping costs.

Store credits will be issued after receipt of goods in saleable condition by supplier. Please note that this applies to stocked items only.

Garages, Smartlockers, Workshops and Carports: These steel buildings are manufactured to the customer’s specific order request and cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.

Garages, Carports, Smartlockers and Workshops: These steel buildings are manufactured to individual specifications. As these products are made to order, they cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.

RETURN/CHANGE OF MIND

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Spanbilt Sheds Direct’s customer service team to discuss.

Replacement/faulty: Where a product is damaged during transport or found to be faulty, we will provide replacement components, or replace the product where necessary, at no additional cost and within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: Goods found to have been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or circumstances outside Spanbilt's control may incur charges for replacement components or products.
