Do Spanbilt workshops include engineering plans for council?

Yes. Every UBild Portal Plus workshop includes certified engineering drawings you can submit to your local council or building certifier as part of your development approval.

What kind of foundation does a steel workshop need?

Given their size and structural loads, workshops must be anchored to an engineered, level concrete slab. Slab dimensions and rebate specifications are included in your engineering documentation.

Are Spanbilt workshops available in cyclonic and non-cyclonic versions?

Yes. The UBild 260 and 360 workshop ranges are each offered in a standard non-cyclonic build and a cyclonic-rated build for regions with higher wind loads.

How are workshop kits delivered?

Workshops ship in heavy, flat-packed steel bundles. You can choose home delivery, ensuring clear truck access and extra hands to assist, or depot collection with a trailer or ute.

What warranty comes with a Spanbilt workshop?

Workshops are backed by a 15-year structural warranty and are engineered and manufactured in Australia at our Crestmead facility.
